Isolated serial board plugs into GPIO40Pin connector on a Raspberry Pi.
RPi-GP60 enables RS-232C and RS-485/422A communication that are used extensively in all areas of industry.
Using in combination with Raspberry Pi CM3 carrier board [RPi-CM3MB2/PoE] [RPi-CM3MB3], it can be used as a communication interface that controls PLC, measuring equipment etc under FA environment.

This product has one D-sub9pin connector and one 10pin box connector.
You can choose the serial port according to connector shape.
Each port can be used as RS-232C or RS-485/RS422A(half-duplex/full-duplex)
Each port of RPi-GP60 can be switched communication method to RS-232C or RS-485/422A.
Changing the jumper settings on the board, it enables to switch RS-232C⇔RS-485/422A(2/4), terminating resistance(TERM), and half-duplex/full-duplex(F/H).
Autodirection control function on half-duplex.
RS-485(Half-duplex) on RPi-GP60 communicates with autodirection control without requiring additional driver-enable/receiver-enable controls.
